No payment is collected at check out. All orders are processed as price quotes and payment is collected via payment link after your approval of the quote.
Once you submit your QUOTE REQUEST we will review your order during our normal business hours (M-F; 9a-5p PST) and make any necessary changes based on product availability and applicable shipping charges. Once we have reviewed your order you will receive an updated invoice via email, please review the invoice and click the payment link in the email to complete payment. Your order is not confirmed until payment is completed and we will not pull or reserve any items without payment completion.
RESELLERS/WCA/OPA/ARTISAN TILE NW
Discounts are available for WCA/OPA/ATNW members, you must be current to qualify. Let us know your status in the order notes. For RESELLERS we need to have a current WA State Reseller Permit on file to remove tax on applicable items, please send a current WA resellers permit to firstname.lastname@example.org
SCHOOLS/TEACHERS: If you intend to pay with a district provided credit card you may check out as normal. If you are paying via a Purchase Order/PO# please provide the appropriate billing information for the district and then add your PO# in the order comments at checkout. If you are strictly seeking a order quote for approval then please let us know in the order comments.
LOCAL PICKUP: All local pickup orders require 24hrs to be processed and pulled. You may choose a pickup time at checkout. Your order & pickup time are not confirmed until payment is completed via the method noted above.
SHIPPING: Shipping costs calculated at checkout are an estimate. We will correct this cost when necessary and we always default to the most affordable method possible. USPS Flat Rate boxes are used as much as possible to save costs on bulk items for the customer. Orders typically ship within 5 business days depending on product availability and order volume.
Flat Rate clay shipping = $15.00 per 25lb and $20.00 per 50lb
We only ship to North America. Items such as kiln shelves/shelf kits and equipment such as wheels, kilns, slab rollers, etc. are only available to ship via FREIGHT or LOCAL DELIVERY, otherwise local pickup is required.
Shipping to Canada is prohibitively expensive. Minimum shipping costs even for small and light weight items can be close to and exceed $50.00 USD. You may request a quote for shipping and we will inform you of your options before any payments are made.
LOCAL DELIVERY: There is a 1000# minimum of clay/materials for local delivery. Equipment delivery is available within much of the I-5 Corridor between Bellingham and Portland for a fee.
FREIGHT: Please let us know in the order notes if you require liftgate service or if there's a loading dock at the delivery location. Freight orders are shipped to curb only.
