Amaco Velvet Underglazes

Saturated color, dependability, and versatility make Amaco Velvet Underglazes a popular choice for professionals and hobbyists alike. Amaco Velvet Underglazes fire true-to-color as a Cone 05/06 underglaze or fired up to Cone 6. Some colors remain true as high as Cone 10.

When left unglazed Amaco Velvet Underglazes have the rich textural appearance of velvet. When covered with a suitable clear or satin matte glaze they intensify in color. Can be easily applied to wet clay, greenware, or Cone 04 bisque.
