Orton LRB Cones

Orton LRB Cones allow users a practical method to monitor the heatwork (the effect of temperature and time at temperature) inside their kiln. Orton LRB cones are most frequently used by high fire artists working with gas or wood fired kilns.​

Large cones must be mounted in a plaque with the cones mounted at 8 angular degrees. Cone Plaques may be made by hand or purchased ready to use.
