A throwing body with larger Kyanite grog. Will resist firing stress and gain in strength as the mullite develops making it excellent for raku firings. Added 30 mesh grog for additional strength for larger pieces.
Coleman Raku Grog also offers great performance at higher temps as well. In Cone 10 reduction the color will turn light grey. At Cone 10 the shrinkage is 14% and the absorption is 0.3% (Batch 092624-1B).
