CAC RAINBOW – BUTTER

Butter is a bright, sunshiny glaze, that phase-seperates into shades of canary yellow and buttermilk. Thinner application preferred, pitting can develop where too thick.

The Rainbow Series is a vibrant collection of eye- catching, phase-separated glazes. Each glaze will break over texture and show variations in thickness. Different clay bodies and firing schedules can bring out very different effects. The Rainbow Series may be layered, but are intended to create exciting and dynamic visuals when used alone.

Available mixed in our standard brushing formulation and also available dry for dipping.

Fires from Cone 5-6. Lead free.
