CAC FROST SERIES – BASALT

This satin series of Cone 5 glazes offers a wonderful range of rich, warm, earthy colors.  Suitable for production or artware.  You can buy these wet for brushing or dry for dipping.  Fired to cone 5 you will get nice opaque satin textures.  Fired hotter, up to cone 6, the glazes will break, yielding solid colors with small crystals floating on the surface.  Medium application for best results.
