CAC KILN WASH

A protective coating for kiln shelves and other areas inside the kiln that may be subjected to dripping glaze during the firing. Mix this dry compound with water to a creamy consistency and apply with a brush to the top side of kiln shelves. Also available pre-mixed wet and ready to apply. Apply frequently to give maximum protection.

Sometimes kiln wash is used in the decorative process of pots and handbuilt pieces.
