CAC UNDERGLAZE – UGF33 – PORCELAIN GREEN

Clay Art Center’s line of lead-free Underglazes offer excellent performance through a range of firing temperatures. A traditional matte surfaced underglaze, pair with your favorite clear glaze (tempterature/body appropriate) to acheive a gloss effect.

They may be used on greenware or bisque.

Optimum color brilliance can be expected under oxidation firing conditions between cone 06 to cone 1. As with the old discontinued Artex/Fireshade underglazes, many of them will go higher while maintaining their color, up to cone 10.
